It provides self-assessment questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10) as self-monitoring tools, a personal mood tracker, and wellness-related informational articles. The Platform does not provide medical advice, psychological or psychiatric services, therapy, counseling, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind. All content is for general informational and personal self-monitoring purposes only. Completing any questionnaire on the Platform does not establish any professional, therapeutic, or clinical relationship.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical or healthcare care. The screening questionnaires available on the Platform are publicly known educational tools intended for general informational use, not for clinical assessment. Any results or scores you receive are informational indicators and must not be interpreted as a clinical diagnosis or medical opinion. 3. User Accounts
Certain features are available without registration. To access personalized features such as mood history and saved assessment summaries, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems, upload or transmit harmful or unlawful content, use the Platform in any way that could damage or impair its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including design, code, graphics, and original text — is the property of Mentally.win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PSS-10 questionnaires are standardized tools used in accordance with their applicable open licenses or academic fair use norms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any information provided is complete, accurate, or current. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
